My real name is Edward. Yes, like you, I wonder where my parents got the “N.”
The Origin Story
I’m originally from Newark, Delaware, where I did all the usual stuff that kids do, like staying out after the streetlights come on, running around like wild coyotes, and—against my better judgment—eating broccoli. It was idyllic. Somewhere along the way, though, I ended up onstage in The Who’s Tommy when I was six years old. I had contracted the performing bug. There is no cure.
After lots of growing up and more school shows and community theater, I went to college at Rider University (go Broncs!), where I graduated from their program with a BFA in Musical Theatre in 2023. My first summer post grad saw me at the Prairie Repertory Theatre in South Dakota with leading roles as John the Baptist / Judas in Godspell and then Curly in Oklahoma!—two roles that taught me that apparently I am willing to travel very far for a musical.
After that, I finished up the summer at The Show Place Ice Cream Parlour on the Jersey Shore, where I sang and served ice cream. In the fall, I performed in Rocky Horror Picture Show as a Phantom and understudied Brad Majors at The Milton Theatre. I spent all of 2024 and some of 2025 as the Male Swing for The Office Musical Parody Off-Broadway, proving once and for all that constantly rewatching episodes of The Office really does pay off. I took a break from The Office Musical Parody to understudy Nick Massi at La Comedia Dinner Theater and swing the ensemble of Waitress at the Arts Center of Coastal Carolina.
At the end of 2025 and into spring 2026, I toured North America as a Swing/Fight Captain for Tina: The Tina Turner Musical. Back in NYC, I joined the cast of Friends The Musical Parody Off-Broadway as the Male Swing through the end of summer.
What I’m Up To
I’m very excited to now be working for 79,200 minutes in Jersey City as Mark in Rent at Art House Productions. I’m trying to measure my life in love, but for now, minutes will have to do.
